As the name implies. Try to make a district in DRA that the previous poster would be a great fit for, and post it.

Obama+21.6 in 2008 to Trump+3.2 in 2016. This district is probably down to elect a progressive populist or a Trumplican, and that's a pretty good fit for Laki I think.
