Joe Biden does not run for reelction, and Kamala Harris is defeated in the Democratic Primaries by Rafael Warnock (who narrowly won in 2022).

Republicans nominate Donald Trump after a 2016-like primary where his nearest opponent in delegates is Ted Cruz.

Who wins? What does the map look like?

Warnock would definitely win Georgia and North Carolina, both swing states that have high black populations. I'd expect Warnock to get fairly close in Texas and Florida, but would narrowly lose both.
