The Official Census Results have been released and it is time for the Governor's to realign the senate.

The current districts have population as follows:

District	Census Pop.	Total Pop.
1	13	16
2	13	20
3	13	16
4	19	21
5	15	19

Since the Census population ranges from 13 to 19 per district, keeping the existing map is not an option, since the maximum allowable difference is 4 between the districts.

The following are legal combination of census population values for the five districts:
17, 17, 13, 13, 13
17, 16, 14, 13, 13
17, 15, 15, 13, 13
17, 15, 14, 14, 13
17, 13, 13, 13, 13
16, 16, 16, 13, 12
16, 16, 15, 14, 12
16, 16, 15, 13, 13
16, 15, 15, 15, 12
16, 15, 15, 14, 13
16, 15, 14, 14, 14
15, 15, 15, 15, 13
15, 15, 15, 14, 14

The Governors are reminded that according to section 2 of the Miscellany Act (as amended by the Puerto Rican Statehood Act of 2006):
   1. Alaska is contiguous to Hawaii
   2. Alaska is contiguous to Washington
   3. Hawaii is contiguous to California
   4. Puerto Rico is contiguous to Florida
   5. Puerto Rico is contiguous to Maine

If we get to the end of July, I'll start looking for alternative avenues of getting a district map. (i.e. I will draw one, sue the Governors in the Supreme Court and see if they will install my map because of your failure to draw one)
