A switch of 4,000 (out of 300,000) votes in Mississippi in 1960 would have given the state to Kennedy, rather than "unpledged".

With the "lead horse" gone, do 7 additional electors (6 D and 1 R) vote for Byrd as IRL? Is speculation about fraud as rampant? (Kennedy's 317 EVs he would have won are not quite enough to put him over the top if IL and TX are taken away).

The unpledged elector movement was a wash anyway, so I doubt this would have much long-term impact.
