Some of the Star Wars movie titles should seriously be renamed. Episode II should have been named War for the Republic and Episode III should have a slightly different name.

The title of Episode IX ("The Rise of Skywalker") makes absolutely no sense. I mean, by that point we've already had two whole trilogies about Skywalkers, I'm pretty sure they've already risen.

Their titles are the least of their problems.

Yeah seriously. Most of the titles are fine, with the exception of 'Rise of Skywalker.' Hollywood, stop putting the word "rise" in final movies in a trilogy! It should have been called "Duel of the Fates" or whatever like the (still flawed.) Colin Trevorrow directed/written movie was supposed to be called.

Nothing about Episode IX made any sense. The title is the least of its problems.

Ignoring the sequels, except for title appropriation....

I: Rise of Skywalker
II: Revenge of the Sith
III: Attack of the Clones
IV: A New Hope
V: The Force Awakens
VI: Return of the Jedi
