The Southe Eastern Governer has not been heard from in weeks. Shall we consider his post vacant and a special election held?

No, try to contact him, there hasnt been issues within your region, so its ok...just casuse somoeone is absent for ahiwle doesnt mean thats he shoudl be stripped of his title, especially a Governor, that should only apply to President and VP

Maybe give in a few day like until the 9. And if he does not show then he will lose his spot.

I've seen him on AIM at least occassionally...if there is any pressing business contact him...but the Southeast doesn't seem to have a great need for an active Governor at the time either.
