Upon looking through the election results for the city of Porterville, California (Tulare County) I found that the city voted this way, voting against the winner in 4 elections in a row. No congressional district voted this way, and only one county-equivalent did (Haines, Alaska, although it seems that is only because they didn't include mail-ins in the count). Are there any other cities that voted this way? My first place to look would be the Clinton-Trump cities in Orange County, I have no ideas beyond that.

I don't know about cities, but perhaps some districts or wards in Miami-Dade County?

Fountain Valley in Orange County appears to be a McCain-Romney-Clinton-Trump city. Westminster came close, voting McCain-Obama-Clinton-Trump.
