2016 New York Democratic primary, where Clinton defeated Sanders by 17%:



Very interesting that the percentages for both candidates and Clinton's margin of victory were almost exactly the same as the 2008 primary, even though Clinton won all but one county that time:

2022 Washington Secretary of State Election

Steve Hobbs defeated non-partisan opponent Julie Anderson by 4% and 116,000 votes to become the first Democrat elected Secretary of State in Washington since 1960, despite only winning 8 of 39 counties. As with many statewide Dems, King County was key to his victory, as he won it by more than double the number of votes he won by statewide.
