- How much did Trump's immigration policies further hurt the GOP in places like Miami-Dade and with Hispanics in Texas.

- Are there any national crises that arise during the next 4 years

How to time-travel back to December 2012?

If that is figured out, do whatever you can to convince Breyer and Ginsburg to retire. Also, do whatever you can with modern day exit polling/data to try and save Hagan and Udall in 2014 (as well as Nelson in 2018). Also, if you can, convince Harkin to not retire.

Actually, after 2018 Trump largely abandon his immigration talk. He actually improved his margins with Hispanics especially in Miami and Rio Grande Valley. Biden only won Miami-Dade by 7 points!

Do Democrats get their Senate supermajority in 2018 or 2020?

Here are some of my early predictions for 2020. How do they turn out?

- Texas is one of the closest states, even in a Democratic loss nationally.
- Democrats win down-ballot races and state legislative races by epic proportions
- West Virginia swings Democratic, very minutely Surprise
- At some point during the election, a high-ranking politician dies under mysterious circumstances leading to accusations of assassination and false flagging on both sides.
- At some point in Trump's first term, there is a massive cyber-attack on the US which Trump responds to very poorly. Cybersecurity is a main topic of discussion in the 2020 election.
- There is basically no mention of gay marriage in the election.
- Unemployment on election night, 2020 is around 6%.

But the dems should at least get a senate majority by then, right? It’s not like they’ll lose Bill Nelson or anything.

Eeeh, maybe. It's not like they're suddenly going to start winning seats in places like Alabama to compensate the deficit.

That makes as much sense as Steve Russell losing re-election or Democrats suddenly winning SC-1.
