With 7% of the vote in according to CNN, Mullin has a significant lead over Shannon, 44% to 18.7%. Mullin's leading in every county that has results so far except for Comanche and Cotton in the southwest.

Now it's down to a 5% lead with 71% of the vote in. It'll probably flip soon, but if Brooks holds on to a narrow lead, it'll still be a huge upset.

Obviously this is a Safe D district, but McClellan's current overperformance is making me wonder what the 2021 gubernatorial election might've looked like if she had won the primary instead of McAuliffe.
