I admittedly have never paid attention to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, but it surprises me that none of these bands were already in there.

Does Jessica Simpson get in before another heavy metal band does?

The RRHOF is too busy forcing popular non-Rock acts into their clown car to give the realms of Progressive Rock and Heavy Metal any sort of recognition.

The inaugural class included people like Sam Cooke and James Brown (both obviously legends), so it was always intended to be that way.

Iron Maiden deserves it most, but I think Judas Priest or Motorhead would be most likely. They all deserve it (other than Megadeth bc fk Dave Mustaine) though

This Metallica fan approves.

I concur that Iron Maiden deserves it most by the way.

If there was any justice in this world, it would be Motörhead.

I'm shocked they weren't inducted already.

Also, they need to replace Metallica with Megadeth.  Despite Dave Mustaine's atrocious politics, Megadeth is superior in every way.

Will any heavy metal band get in before Jessica Simpson?

Iron Maiden is probably the most conspicuous absence from the entire Hall.

Motörhead were nominated recently and finished 9th (behind the 6 that got in, Pat Benetar and Dave Matthews Band), but there were a lot of other hard rock acts nominated, so with less of them, they might have a chance.

To answer OP’s question, probably Iron Maiden. They’re one of the most well known and commercially successful Metal acts in history. All these bands deserve to be in the hall of fame however.
When will Iron Maiden or Motorhead get in?

Priest or Motorhead will be admitted next among these, though my favorite on the list is Maiden.

Who gets in first of these four artists (all kinds of music, not just heavy metal): Iron Maiden, Motorhead, Judas Priest, and Jessica Simpson?

I mean, Megadeth has made some good music. But it's not anything revolutionary imo. My bone to pick with Dave is mostly personal & political. But I also think he's too far up his own ass for me to care whether or not he gets any further acclaim.

Megadeth has soul.  Megadeth has groove.

Metallica is....well, metalic.

Metallica didn't really start getting good until the late 1990s, when James Hetfield cut his hair and they subconsciously started to adopt alternative and grunge influences.

Megadeth was ALWAYS good.

As for me, I was mostly playing into the silly tribalism for the laughs. I haven't exactly listened to much Megadeth music. Anyway, Metallica are supreme.

Hilarious take.

Metallica was always good too, and they have been good with diverse styles, and S&M/S&M2 are simply on a whole different planet. Suck it.

LOL.   Stop getting so rage-filled and shrieking with anger.

It's just a band, my triggered bruh.

Take deep breaths and calm down.
