Nah, her views are still more to the left than right, and running as a Republican in Hawaii is not good for one's political prospects. I could see her sitting as an independent though, and possibly getting re-elected as one.

Huh, was not aware. Anything is possible then, although I still don't think it's
that likely that she'll join the Republicans. I could see her starting her own little fringe party, honestly.
Any word on what she's planning to do in her post-congressional career? She entered politics at 21 and is leaving Congress at 39, I don't see her just fading into private life.
