Deal with it, race relations are the worse it has been since 1965.

What are your solutions to race relations, and no white guilt solutions, what are your solutions?

I think people choosing freedom of association would be good. If you don't want to mix with other races, there is nothing wrong with that.

If you oppose interracial marriage, there is nothing wrong with that. You do you.

I also think the United States government should give reparations to American Descendants of Slavery, get it over with, I am tired of hearing the whining and the complaining, give ADOS members $10 million a piece to invest in Black communities and move on with it

There needs to be solutions at this problem or else you will get more Trumps (Tom Cotton, Josh Hawley, Alexis Weik)

The floor is yours.

Mandatory interracial marriage would end racism within a few generations.

How so? Not only would a white family probably oppose, but a black family or a Latino family would too.

People are tribal to the core, you think a South Asian family would approve of their daughter marrying a Latino man?

Also, it is crazy that since Loving v. Virginia in 1967, the conservative Clarence Thomas gets abuse online and in public because after his bitter confirmation he married a white woman----that abuse comes from left-leaning people, not right-leaning people, by the way

Weik is the Senator-elect from NY's 3 SD district, she represents parts of Brentwood, NY, on Suffolk County, where MS-13 have been around for a while.

Weik is the wife and mother of police officers, so law and order is the number one priority for her. She could be on a GOP ticket one day.....

They did this in Paraguay I believe

Indeed, interracial marriage is one of history's best mechanisms for ethnic cleansing and genocide

Explain, why.......

How can you end racism then? I am sick of it.

More laws, more mixing of the races, a strengthening of the civil rights laws?

Is racism really an idea or is it an institution (housing discrimination, etc.)

Perhaps if we had more knowledge of the laws, rather than having more laws, we could do more to wipe out people's attitudes. If we had more education about the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment, and how the SCOTUS has interpreted it, and the other civil rights laws, perhaps that would teach more people the moral lesson about how racism is unacceptable.

Even with knowledge, could that change someone who wants to live in an all-white suburb, has no Black friends or no black acquaintances, etc.?

Yes, knowledge of the law can prevent someone from thinking that, once they move into an all-white neighborhood, they might be able to do something to make sure it stays that way.
I don't know what "race relations" has to do with someone who is determined to never have any black acquaintances. I doubt we can make a law that prevents someone from doing that, but I also doubt that any POC ever think to themselves that their rights are being violated by the existence of someone who avoids making acquaintance with them.

But that person can refuse to speak to Black people or Latino people if they don't like them, or don't want to be near them in stores, parking lots, etc.

People like to associate with people who look like them.
