I decided to go without alerts for a whole after Election Day but I changed my mind now. Where is the option to reenable them?

Just realized that I intended this thread to be about something else, not alerts (which I had enabled this whole time). D'oh. I apologize for having wasted your time.
I was thinking more about the feature that informs you someone else has posted and you might want to revise your post, blah blah blah.
