I’d bet more than likely in NY.

Very likely to be indicted in New York State, very unlikely to face any real consequences and certainly won't go to prison.

Probably. I'll defer to the prosecutors, but the evidence is likely to be too damning to overlook.

I'd be happy if he is deported to Siberia for 20 years and have his tweet phone taken away.

Out of sight, out of twitter, out of mind.

How in blazes is anyone going to find any unprejudiced jury members?

That's an issue for any high profile case.

He should also be charged for bribery and extortion in regards the Ukraine scandal.

There’s a big difference between "will he" and "should he".  I gave up on the aspiration that white collar criminals ever face any real consequences for their actions a long time ago, so my answer to this poll is no.

Yes he needs to after what we went thru after the election, he should of conceded but he dragged it out, and tried to get elected officials to compromise and cast the electors vote against the will of the voters. That is illegal, Trump was a criminal when he withheld aid from Ukraine to investigate Biden

The existence of Pee Tape is more trustworthy than Trump's alleged "crimes". So, yawn, no, he won't.

And no amount of evidence will ever convince you of his criminality.

Call Republicans deaf dumb and blind on the subject would be a gross insult to Helen Keller.

Same people who think this will happen were also convinced Trump would resign at some point. Truth is, our "justice" system simply doesn't work and people with power always find a way out--especially those with a rabid cult behind them.

The thing is, there is literally no incentive for the the DAs in Kings and New York County to not come down as hard as possible.

If this was only federal or in a state where he had any influence left, I’d worry. But he doesn’t have sh**t on an NY State court.

Yes and AG Klobuchar or Booker should add trying to obstruct justice  with inviting MI state officials over to bribe them, it was obvious that Mueller mistake not to prosecuted Don Jr was a mistake and he is the main person not to make his daddy Trump concede

Both of them are on Twitter bragging about not conceding

Trump is definitely moving full time to Florida. That's all I'm saying. There's at least going to be a warrant out for his arrest in New York. Maybe he will be extradited. Maybe he won't. That's up to DeSantis and Moody.

Almost certainly. Both under federal and state law. Whether he will end up convicted or in jail is a completely different question, though. I doubt he'll go to prison, though he most likely deserves it.

If he is indicted, he will probably eventually be found Guilt in at least New York. My guess is that there is a 90% chance of someone formally bringing him to court, 50/50 that he actually gets convicted, but only about a 10% chance that he gets "some years".
