Current NYT numbers show Biden with 49.97% of the vote. USElectionAtlas shows 49.92% but I assume that NYT numbers are more up to date. Are there enough outstanding ballots to count for Biden to change the color from #ff0000 to #dd0000?

PA does count write-ins at the county level, but i don't know if they somehow don't aggregate at the state level.
