It's kinda hard to implement US sanctions on a country which we already have sanctions on.  Smiley

The best way to punish the N. Korean government is to inform the people where the food is coming from - currently all humanitarian aid with US or other international flags on it has those symbols removed so that the people think that the food is coming from the North Korean government. That aid is what's keeping the N. Korean population from almost starving to death. So instead of handing over that aid to the N. Korean government, para-drop it over populated areas as needed with propaganda pamphlets telling the people what's really going on in their government. Don't stop until the N. Korean government either collapses or bends to our will.

Or, we can launch missles over N. Korea, scare the crap out of the little man when he sees them coming, and then really scare him when the missles open up with all the rice the N. Koreans could eat.  hahaha

I still say the best way to deal with N. Korea in general is sending in a bunch of S. Korea special forces into the North through China and lead an uprising.  But, do it with a CNN crew on hand with a live feed showing the North's crack down on the uprising, sparking off both domestic and international outrage against Kim.  Sure, people will die in the process, but I bet it will be a lot less than if the US went in there with overwhelming force.

I wish Kim Jong Il a happy 4th of July and good luck with his nuclear missle testing.

Yeah, you're right.  Maybe we should show him how it's done.  Wink
