Mark my words-- Fetterman is NOT a good candidate. We should run Cartwright

I hope Dean stays out of the race, I don’t think she has the political chops to handle a highly competitive Senate GE (especially if it’s not a Democratic-leaning national environment) and she was one of the less charismatic impeachment managers.
But then Houlahan is screwed in redistricting

Smh @ Dean/Houlahan. Don't they realize we can't save both of them in redistricting?

You all can swear all you want that Lamb won't be like Sinema but I'm not taking that chance. Too many times, people have ran to the left of how they actually govern. Besides, Fetterman has tons of wwc appeal and is also like lamb more moderate on environmental issues.  I understand the concerns about the jogging incident(I worry about a repeat of NC Sen 2020 with suburbanites leaving their votes blank). But given the weakness of the GOP bench and the lack of Houlahan who was my preferred choice, I just think Fetterman is the lesser of two evils. I also think Lambs electability is overrated. 2020(which is the most recent election) proved his star power is waning when he underperformed Biden.

In honor of today's news, may I present this:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FCiW-R5bY2k

One of the most... unique political ads I've ever seen.
That ratio... yikes!

Fetterman will win the primary, appear to be ahead in polling, but lose to Parnell by 3-5 points.

Not sure if this a joke or not but Parnell was last in fundraising last quarter so I don't get why people keep pushing him as some unbeatable titan.
Like I said, Bartos may beat him. He has a lot of endorsements(particularly, Garrity). Which one do you think would be weaker?

I hope the dscc stays out of this race but Im not sure. It would be good for Lamb to prove his worth by beating Fetterman in a contested primary.

Time to move this race to Safe R?

Fetterman, Lamb and Kenyatta(I know he probably won't win but just in case) need to denounce ASAP

Lamb should be ahead by now with this jogger incident getting more attention. The fact he isn't shows how pathetic his campaign is

For better or worse, Lamb’s clearly doing something wrong if he’s still getting crushed by Fetterman.  At this point, all my concerns still stand and I think Fetterman underperform in the GE.  However, I hope Fetterman proves me wrong and kicks some a** this November!  Congrats, Sawx and hopefully the party does the right the thing and does everything it can to elect Fetterman when he (presumably) gets nominated in a few weeks.
What exactly is so wrong with Fetterman? The only points I've heard is the jogger thing (which at this point I think it's obvious it has as much sticking power as whatever was the deal with Hunter Biden's laptop) and...that he's been photographed wearing shorts in public?
Republicans will pounce on it in the general and it will turn off white lincoln project Trump-Biden voters

Very surprised to learn that Barnette has actual, legitimate endorsements from significant lawmakers. Will be interesting to see what her final campaign fundraising filing looks like.

Joni Ernst is one I didn't see it coming.

Tbf- I do think Barnette is stronger than Oz McCormick
Look at how minority Republicans did so much better than Trump with suburban voters in 2020(James, Wesley Hunt, Young Kim, Mike Garcia, Kendall Qualls etc.)

I was always wondering why the DSCC didn't jump in and try to really boost Lamb, but after seeing Fetterman obliterate Lamb tonight it's obvious it wouldn't have changed the outcome, it just would have been closer

I have no idea why Fetterman insists on running this terminally online campaign when it is clear what Democrats should be running on and what their messaging should be.
Better than Lamb, who would have just talked about MUH JAN 6

Vote for the #populist Purple heart working class everyday man John Fetterman.

Real talk - Fetterman needs to blast ads like this. Brutal.

So Oz should be ashamed of the fact that he worked hard and became rich, unlike Fetterman who was born with a silver spoon in his mouth and lived with his parents in his 30's?
He should be ashamed because it is highly possible he loses a Biden +1 state in a R +7 year

Man, I'm pretty pessimistic about 2022 in general but Oz is a joke. I think Fetterman winning is more likely than not at this point

I now do wish McCormick won the primary and he may have without polls showing Barnette in 2nd lol.
McCormick wouldn't have been any better, in fact he may have been worse. TV personality is slightly more appealing than a hedge fund manager lol.

I thought this was notable b/c this was one of the most outlandish quotes from Oz's new TV ad

Do you think people actually pay attention to politifact? Lol

Fetterman seems like a force of nature based on that rally. Oz seems like just a leaf in the wind. Of course a lot can change but Oz is by far the weakest Republican candidate they could have nominated.
Barnette was the strongest of the three imo. She doesn't have the carpet bagger label and was more authentic
Would you say even weaker than Barnette at this point
