What is the botton 5, anyway?

Alabama is about to get much worse when Tuberville replaces Jones. Arkansas is a contender with Boozman and Cotton. Missouri's is really bad with Blunt and Hawley. Kentucky is an obvious contender because of McConnell, but I have like the smallest iota of respect for Rand Paul for not being a complete puppet. South Carolina's isn't great, and Tennessee's is about to get a major downgrade. Among Democrats, I think I'd probably vote New Jersey. There are probably some backbenchers who are pretty bad if I actually knew enough about them.
