This is going to be an interesting two and a half months. Trump is going to start firing everyone, hold rallies again, lose in the Supreme Court, lash out at members of Congress in the GOP for not having his back and whatever else lies he'll spew on the way out. I really think he'll end up costing the GOP the Senate, the Democrats have the motivation to get voters out while I suspect that a lot of Voters for the GOP will stay home. That will allow Breyer & Sotomayor and any other judges to retire in a two year span to get judges in, not sure if the filibuster will be removed but I could see it happening if the GOP obstructs.
