Manchin's seat is gone in 2024. Even if it were just blue enough for him to eke out another victory (it's not, by the way), I don't think anyone other WVDEM would be sufficiently popular to match his numbers at this point (maybe Earl Ray Tomblin?).

At least for the rest, it isn't quite guaranteed. Given the Democratic trend in Maine, Collins -> Democrat would seem the most likely of the changes.

Manchin and Jon Tester will lose against Rosendale in a 2024 rematch. The way MT went decisively against ALL STAR BULLOCK doesn't give Tester any comfort in 2024
