Were there any exact county ties? I haven't been able to find any, but I have found a few New England towns that appear to have been exactly tied:
Freedom, New Hampshire (538 each)
Richmond, Rhode Island (2,318 each)
Webster and Sutton, Massachusetts come close. Biden won them each by one vote (unofficially).
There's also Ira, Vermont (130 each) but only 96% of the vote is reported there.
Any other counties or municipalities with exact ties?
