There were some efforts by NE Republicans to get away with the vote allocation according to districts, following this election, any chance this materializes?

If that were to happen, how would ME react?

And this is a wild speculation, but could Republicans in GA put effort into changing the EV allocation method and gerrymander extremely, so that the Republican nominee would yield as many EV as possible to not risk losing the whole state?
