I think he should since it is so popular, but I'm not sure if he would go further than decriminalization. Even Republicans are catching on now (South Dakota).

Yes, I think Kamala will be able to push him on this issue.

This is his equivalent to Obama's gay marriage. He likely already favors it, but won't do a thing about until there's no denial which way the wind blows.

Yes, I think Kamala will be able to push him on this issue.

Perhaps the worst possible spokesperson for that issue.

I'm not sure if he can do anything about descheduling or federal banking laws without congressional approval. But I wouldn't be surprised if Biden does any of the following:

- Goes all in on the "states rights" aspect in regards to pot ala the Cole Memorandum
- Diverts resources in legal states to quelling the illegal market
- Diverts like 95-99% of the pot enforcement funds towards the opioid crisis

I'm more more curious how the Biden Administration will go about Oregon approving the therapeutic use of Psilocybin mushrooms.

I have my doubts President Biden will run for re-election.

Harris will endorse it if she runs.

I don’t see why not.  The country is progressing faster on this than it did on gay marriage.
