iirc, Ajit Pai would stay on until 2022 when his term expires.

Yes but the President can designate the Chairman. So he won't be FCC Chairman anymore.

Also Republican Michael O'Rielly's term expires (actually it's already expired but he'll hit max extension time in 2021) so Biden can replace him.

Probably yeah (unfortunately)

Net Neutrality is possibly the #1 issue that annoys me the most.  Netflix and the content creators unfortunately won the messaging war on this issue back in 2014-16, but everyone who supports NN doesn't understand one iota what the Internet is or how it works, or even what NN really is

We should have a free and open internet, just like it's always been (with the brief exception of the time that Obama's regs were in effect)

And have you noticed anything different about the internet since the change away from NN was made?

There are no cable-like tiered plans or special access.  The only ones that are restricting content are the Facebooks and Twitters because they don't like certain points of view, not to rake in extra cash.  In fact, it's probably costing them money.  Get woke, go broke!

Oh and Comcast still has data caps before and after this, so that didn't change either!
