Will the 116th congress have more Democratic “wave babies” then the 111th (2008-10) did? Don’t remember how many there were in 2008, but it’s probably getting close.

A “wave baby” is someone who flips a seat in a wave election and loses it the next cycle.

I don’t think so. All I could think of are Walsh, West, and a few others. Besides, it was redistricting year.
