It's so great watching CNN and him no longer being referred to as "former Vice President Joe Biden" but "President-elect Joe Biden".

Surely the US won't be the next South Korea, where every president ends their term either in disgrace or in jail?

No, that’s Illinois Smiley

Don't know if this has already been posted yet, but...

Legitimate question: why is Giuliani's address happening between a dildo shop and a crematorium on the outskirts of Philly?

Hadn't been posted yet, I think:

Love this!

However, Kamala isn't the first person of color to become VP.

America really needs to do a better job at counting votes. I'm not sure why it's gotten so bad, but it seems to be getting worse with every cycle. More resources need to be dedicated to timely counting in time for 2022.

Is it possible that Arizona ends up closer than Georgia at this point? When and where will the next big batch of ballots be released?

BIG WIN. So wonderful to wake up to! (Yes, I slept in very late today.)

I'm a little too buzzed on victory champagne (yes, yes, I know, literal champagne socialist and massive HP) to have detailed #analysis but I'm glad they finally called it and I look forward to watching Trumpworld squirm as the country moves on from them and their increasingly feeble attempts to challenge these results. I hope Trump doesn't nuke Harrisburg and Lansing in the lame duck, and I'm definitely going to do something special for my friend who did weeks on end of Catholics for Biden and Women for Biden phone banking into Western Pennsylvania.

Actually, Biden went up.

I just meant the GA updated its vote count.

Better to leave ambiguity so he can claim that there was fraud and cheating.

Trump has to bank money now for lawyers.

A predictable selection of countries with terrible leaders. I really wish we in the EU could purge the EU of countries that are becoming pseudo-fascist.

Romanian President Klaus Iohannis, one of the closer friends of Trump, but also a very popular, pro-European, liberal politician:

Most Slovenians consider their PM a joke, his party just got 25 % in the last elections... He just managed to convince parties in decline to join the government for cabinet positions.

He'll be hopefully out of office by 2022.

The other leaders are just jokes.

Well we already have PA, WI, MI and NV which you also said would “never happen”. Just admit you sh**t yourself and man up.

Too much celebrating considering Trump is still president and the election is only legally binding if those currently in power allow it to be--and they likely won't

At noon on January 20th, Trump's orders no longer carry any legal authority.  That's what matters.
