This may be cynical of me, but I think the networks are absolutely using the slow count as an excuse to delay calling it until primetime. I think we will see Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Arizona for the networks that haven't called it yet called around 7:00-7:30, followed by a Biden victory speech at 8:30-9:00.
