We saw from polling that Florida was all over the place and might not come through for Biden. There are states where he polled much better that haven't even closed yet. Please calm down.

This enitre damn forum was insisting Biden would win Florida no matter what.

It's the Atlas tradition: predict a Democratic landslide, then panic when that landslide fails to materialize.

I'm only going to seriously consider a Trump victory if I see serious signs that he's pulling it out in one of the former Blue Wall states. Otherwise we're tracking towards my original prediction (except maybe Arizona, Trump might hold that after all)

My actual prediction:

Trump overperforms polls, still loses.

Slight Biden overperformance:

(I'm not sure whether Florida or Georgia would flip first this election)

Trump still loses unless he flips both NE-2 and ME-2, in which case he brings it to a tie.

You may not like my outlook, but here is the harsh reality

During 2018 midterms Florida showed all of us just out of step with the rest of the county they were and The GOP ended up doing well, there despite the fact that they were getting crushed everywhere else

you are kidding yourself if you don't think the same thing can happen again in this election
People need to wake up and realize that any Dem who is betting their political future on the idea that FL is going to save them will end up looking just as foolish as Al gore and Andrew Gillum did on election day....



I feel vindicated and if Biden does go on to win the election
dems should be thankful that this was not Biden only path to victory

I don't care how favorable the demographics appear in FL

Florida was just one option to wrap it up early, we'll probably know Biden has the win anyway. And a coup is pretty unlikely anyway lol.
