I married Taylor Swift!

Now where do I go to collect my hot, famous, and extremely rich wife? That's how this works, right? Or do I have to sue the state of Pennsylvania first?

Doesn’t the Supreme Court only need four members to agree to take up a case? Interesting that they couldn’t even get four to do so.

Maybe you need to sue Tennessee and that’s why Trump hasn’t been successful? Like the Nazis in Indiana Jones 1, they’re digging in the wrong place.

Murphy should be sued, because what she is doing is completely unacceptable.

Why? Serious question. The Tweet above to which you were responding seems like the most innocuous thing I've ever read in this thread.

Not DrScholl but I shared the tweet because it's patently obvious that Trump would neither know nor care about Emily Murphy - let alone share a tweet of hers with the caption "Good job!" - were it not for her blocking the Biden transition.

Oh, she's the GSA bureaucrat/Trump lackey holding up transition funding to the Biden team. Didn't recognize the name.

Yeah, she's crap.

It's kind of a relief reading through that fat chick Murphy's tweeter feed, and realizing she doesn't appear to a diehard Trumpist ideologue.

But rather a technocrat.

Stay classy, not to mention smart.

It's not really surprising since I doubt anyone on the court wants to waste their time with a case that won't impact the outcome. The number of ballots potentially impacted in Pennsylvania is less than Biden's lead and they no doubt break for him anyway, so I'd wager even the conservatives consider the case moot.

A memory care correctional facility somewhere in Florida, 2027: Trump: "I WON THE ELECTION!"

Live to dream.

"Many" have been unsuccessful? Can anyone name a single one that hasn't flopped like a lead balloon?

Unless I'm wrong, they should quit using weasel words and accurately report "none" have succeeded thus far.

I mean, she's from Reading, PA -- you can swing by the state-house while you're there!

He's like 1-20. The one that he won was a Pennsylvania case that ruled that the Secretary of State exceeded her authority in allowing for ballot cures to run until November 9 when state law only allowed it through November 6. However very few ballots were cured during the disputed time frame and none were counted yet, so it's a near meaningless victory.

First significant discrepancy turned up by the Georgia recount: apparently an early ballot scanner was not working properly in Floyd County, and the hand recount turned up an extra 2700 ballots.

Other counties have reported minimal or no discrepancies so far.

When is the recount expected to be done?

Whe is the recount expected to be done?

The deadline is 11:59pm EST Wednesday night, and they are on track to make it pretty easily according to reports.

By comparison, Wisconsin's canvas is almost done, and it looks like Biden has netted 126 votes statewide with only 5 counties left to certify.

Since posting this, Rock and Wood have certified and Biden netted another 5 votes.

I predict lots of ammo for more conspiracy theories.

This is literally delicious trumpkins' food rn. Tucker will not pass up this opportunity to feed trumplets with this

I disagree. The Republican narrative of Democrats finding new ballots only really works if the ballots are overwhelmingly Democrat. If a recanvas or a recount helps Republicans, but is still clearly not enough to flip the election, they will try to hide or ignore any evidence that that recount is legitimate. It's a lot harder to make the case that a recount is corrupt and they need to throw out tons of ballots for fraud if the recount thus far is helping them in the exact manner they allege it will help Democrats.

Isn't this basically the reason for requiring an audit of at least one race each election cycle, to catch if any machines aren't working properly?

This is exactly the reason.

Good thread here with more details on the Georgia signature verification process, by someone who hopefully will carry some weight with the MAGA crowd (click to read the whole thread):

I didn't vote for him, but Raffensperger has been a FF in this election.
