Around 50,000 new votes from Alaska were just dumped:

Trump 20,240
Biden 27,251

The totals from the state now are:

139,264 57.7% Trump
  91,497 38.9% Biden

This isn’t close to what Biden needs and it seems like they should be able to call this and the Senate race now.

Well if you didn’t think it was over before, you should now. Between this and Tucker Carlson admitting the outcome isn’t gonna change.

Ironically, Dilbert’s tweet here reads like he’s trying to hypnotize me:

It is Nov 10th and this is newsworthy, just beyond sad.

Both McSally and John "stud candidate" James still have also yet to concede their Senate races, taking cues from Trump

Now I am really happy that they lost.

What is Donald Trump’s legal strategy at this point?

If there's no fraud then he needs to cede the race to the winner president-elect Biden.

What is Donald Trump’s legal strategy at this point?

Get it all the way up to the Supreme Court and hope they side with him.

Which won't happen.

His lawsuits probably won’t even reach the circuit court level at this point.

It will never happen because all these lawsuits are just getting thrown out. Supreme Court doesn’t take random frivolous lawsuits and even if they did, not even the most right-wing hacks on that court would throw out thousands of ballots because Trump’s feelings and no evidence.

Trump doesn’t have a legal strategy. Like everything, this is a MEDIA strategy; he is seeking to convince Americans (and therefore Congressmen) that the election was illegitimate. This is so he can either get the results overturned (the head of the PA GOP is “looking into” just voting GOP anyway)or so he can launch a Cleveland for 2024.

I disagree with almost everything you stand for, but that's a perfectly fine response - "We lost. We'll get them next time."

How do you feel that the sitting President is attempting to invalidate election results? Does it bother you that the country looks like it is on its way to becoming a failed state? How do you feel that the President hinted at this behavior over the course of his term and was not taken seriously?

I hope every sh**tbag that voted Republican downballot in their state reads this. You've done a small part in enabling this chicanery to continue.

Would there essentially have to be a success in appeals court and then a challenge for that to happen?

Okay, let me make sure I understand this.

If the election results are legitimate, you would still overturn them to "own the libs?"

Half of this effort is probably about keeping up the grifting that Trump can't afford to lose. He can continue to raise money off of being cheated for a long time.
