I think the final numbers will be very close to this, Marshall wins by 5-8%.
Why exactly has this race pulled away from the Democrats in recent weeks? I'm aware of some of Bollier's recent missteps, but are there any factors that you think have come into play here?
It's largely partisanship kicking in - Marshall hasn't tried at all to court independents. His closing message is "I will be a reliable conservative voice in the Senate." Also has really been hammering Bollier on her 90% voting record with Democrats. A pretty good message considering the state demographics. I also think he benefits from running a pretty gaffe-free campaign, whereas Bollier has had a couple missteps that slowed momentum in the final weeks.
