Alright, I've giving myself some free reign here, because I feel like it. If anyone is morally opposed to my rulings, then I'll change it, but I really feel like this all makes sense. Firstly, the turnout for the NE regional endorsements was less than stellar, so I'll be keeping this booth open longer than 3 days if I deem necessary and PMing the 14 party members.
Secondly, I did not see guidelines for how to vote in presidential elections, so I made some up. Voting for one in this tight race in a party where we are unsure of who is the best seemed ridiculous, so I invented vote for 3*! You cast 3 votes for your top pick, 2 votes for your second, and 1 vote for your third. Whoever gets the most votes, is the winner. OK? Questions, PM me. Now to the ballot...

OK, I'm confused about the Southeast races, all I know is they are uncontested anyway, so I'll skip that endorsement vote (unless, again, someone has a serious issue.)
