As the Governor is unavailable, as the most senior Councilor, I am stepping in for an emergency state opening


Good afternoon,

Today our region faces an important choice and it is time to form a new government. Lincoln has had much progress recently and there is more to come. Councilor S019 would like to form the Governor's government. Please indicate whether or not you have confidence in him, an AYE is a vote of confidence, a NAY is a vote of no confidence. The Councilor shall need a majority of Councilors declaring confidence in him to be elected.

By a vote of 4-1, S019 is ratified as Chancellor. S019, Dwarven Dragon, Elcaspar, and Brother Jonathan are thus considered Members of the Government. Ishan is the only member of the Opposition.

As the only member of the Opposition, Ishan is hereby declared the Leader of the Opposition.

By a vote of 5-0, Dwarven Dragon is ratified as Speaker.

The state opening has now concluded.
