Bernie wins with the freiwall (WI+WI+MI), many with the added bonus of Iowa or Ohio. Yes he wins Virginia, but loses Florida.

Trump won by virtue of his (faux-)populism. Sanders would have been able to effectively counter that with some real populism. In 2016, populism was the deciding factor.

Bernie would've stolen some of Trump's populist thunder and wouldn't have bled support in WWC areas in the same way that Hillary did.

Agreed although I think Trump would hold Virginia by an extremely tight margin like what we're seeing with Georgia right now.
