First Lady Hillary Clinton, Senator From New York, January 3 2001 - January 21 2009.
- Resigns to become Secretary of State

Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown, Senator From New York, January 25 2009 - January 28 2018.
- Resigns to run for President in 2020

Actress Cynthia Nixon, Senator From New York, January 3 2019 - Present.
