I've been friends w/ A and B for 5 years and cohabited for the past 3. Roommate A's beent cheating on his girl that he's been steady w/for a grip now. Normally Id say not my circus not my monkeys but his gf is a mutual friend. It's not one side chick either, dude goes clubbing on the weekend and comes back w/who he can pull. Roommate B and I tried telling him hes playing w/fire but hes not listening.

Way I see it there's a few different outcomes:

1. She never finds out
2. She finds out on her own, deduces roommate B and I knew, and wrecks our s--- along w/his. This is complicated by Roommate A's stupid a-- giving her a key copy.
3. We tell him to knock it off or else he's out when the lease is up
4. We tell her and end up living w/a hostile until the lease is up

All of these carry their own risks. 3 is the most appealing, yet carries the pain of finding another crib and/or roommate.

My new company upgraded to Timberscan/Sage 300 last fall and I don’t understand why direct cost vendors (e.g. those without a committed subcontract) continue to send invoices via mail. I interned at a subcontractor last year and we justified mailing as necessary despite the benefits of going paperless  (less labor-intensive, expedition of pay cycle, conservationist benefits etc.)  due to accounting dept turnover. However, the general contractor I’m with now has a digitized log for entry/approval/journal posting so if anything it’s more secure than snail mail. Not a complaint, merely intrigued by the neglect companies show supporting functions due to the admittedly minimal impact on the bottom line.
