Herrera Beutler is favored, but this could flip if Democrats are having a very good night (it's more likely to flip than WA-08, at this point.)
I'd say that for Long to win, she really needs strong numbers out of Clark county (Vancouver.) She only won it by 2% in 2018, which wasn't enough to offset Lewis county, the biggest source of Republican votes in this district. Long probably wants to get a 10% margin out of Clark (or very close to it) in order to feel good about her chances.
