Am I wrong to assume Latino Decisions probably isn’t the best pollster for Wisconsin of all states? Have they even polled WI before? Or done any state level polls for that matter? I’ve only seen them do specialized polls of... Latinos.

They polled Arizona a couple weeks back and had anemic numbers for Biden there too iirc.
