What are your thoughts on this case? It says that non-residents and property outside the US are not entitled to 4th amendment protections. I am against the decision because it allows the US to be the police of the world and search whomever we please, even in other countries, with no reason.

Well, the fourth amendment says this:

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

If we assume that "the people" refers to people within America, then this says nothing about people who are not within America.
