Since we just eliminated the positions of Secretary and Deputy Secretary, I believe we should create the position of Vice Chairman, that way the Chairman doesnt have all the power over the party.

It also provides leadership should the chairman disappear.

Allright, voting is now open on the the following rule change which will create the position of Vice Chairman in our party.  Voting is located in the ILP convention voting booth.

The position of Vice Chairman has now been created.  Nominations will now begin for our new position of Vice Chairman.  I do hope somebody will show show some interest.  There will be 48 hours for nominations.
