For obvious reasons, I think that sunbelt migration in the very long term might reverse. This has to do with many cities becoming uninhabitable as well as rising temperatures that make it easier to grow crops in Alaska and other states that border Canada(as well as Canada itself). This isn’t a short term thing but a long term thing: like in 50-100 years.

Have had similar thoughts. Esp with populations along Gulf coastline
