If one of them has to win the election, I would prefer Miller, though if I were actually voting in the primary, I would probably vote for Devos because he would be less likely to win. Yeah, I'm a bastard, I know.

Dick DeVos--Miller wouldn't win--she doesn't have enough publicity (although no Amway Man title--but really I don't care that much about that).

She is known state wide. She was our sec. of state after all. A poll a while back had granholm leading miller 47-45 and DeVos 49-33 I think.

If Granholm is currently tied with DeVos, Miller would own her.

I tried to do that in 2002....for Jim Blanchard.  (Posthumus and Garcia had easy primaries and the rest of the primaries were uncontested)

I'd probably go DeVos, although I could vote for either one easily. DeVos is more ideological, while Miller is more party.

I didn't mean publicity as in people don't know her--I meant that Dick DeVos has jump-started his campaign too much that anyone else will just look small and insignificant--but this could be anothe Howard Dean vs. John Kerry situation--but I doubt that Candice Miller would join the race now.
