Hank: Generally Republican (he had a problem with Bush's handshake in 2004 IIRC), disgusted by everyone in 2016 and probably wound up Johnson or wrote in Kaisich, going Biden this year.
Bill: Joined the Sanders movement because he liked going to rallies and working on phonebanks with college students who he thought were his friends, voting Biden in hopes that they'll call him back.
Dale: Trump.

Not a TV show or a movie, but here's April Daniels' Nemesis series. Spoilers for both current instalments.

Everyone in the Legion Pacifica as of Sovereign are Sanders-Biden voters except for Doc Impossible (who doesn't vote by virtue of being an android. Maybe she gets Valkyrja to vote for her) and maybe Kinetiq (who I could very well see voting for an obscure left-wing third party). Even just looking at their demographics, the Legion is very clearly left-wing.

Danielle Tozer / Dreadnought is an atheist transgender lesbian who disapproves of "fascist lunatics". (98% Dem with the Economist's model)
Sarah Castillo / Calamity is a disabled bisexual Latina cancer survivor whose girlfriend is a trans woman. (93% Dem) Supposedly she's been confused for being black (such as on TV Tropes) and Native American (from a post I saw on Tumblr).
Charlie / Codex is a black kid who's also a wizard who does wizardy things. (86% Dem)
Karen Kim / Valkyrja is half-Korean, half-Scandinavian death goddess. Although her current body was born in 2001, Valkyrja is the sum of her matrilineal ancestry, and her years "number nine and twelve hundred" as of Dreadnought. I'm not sure if her mom (the previous Valkyrja) meant her age range is between 900 and 1200 or if her age is 1209, but in the case of the latter, she's 1212 as of 2020. Either way, for this reason, I had her as 65 or older on the Economist's model, which listed her as 91% Dem.
Kinetiq is a genderqueer Iranian-American who has proclaimed "Eat the Rich". (there is no non-binary option on the Economist's model, but going by the fact that they wear a chest binder, I assume they're AFAB and I rounded accordingly. 100% Dem)
Doc Impossible's physical race has always been ambiguous, unlike the rest of the Gang (Danny once described herself as a "pretty white girl with an easy-to-understand narrative" when explaining why she is heralded as "the first transgender superhero" despite many coming before her), but it makes sense considering she's an android. I went with other race in the Economist's model, and much like Kinetiq, she wound up with 100% Dem. Plus, Doc is described as "a little over thirty" in Sovereign, and I listed her as such.

The old Legion is mostly hard to pin down, with the exception of Graywytch, who was described by Doc as "basically a communist". Most likely a Gloria La Riva stan.
Red Steel doesn't vote, but if he were American I could see him leaning Republican having rode the wave of the fall of Communism to become a capitalist pig.
Bosco doesn't vote, because there are no metahuman separatist candidates. Might write himself in so he doesn't have to vote for a flat.
Richard Garrison / Sovereign is that fascist lunatic I was talking about earlier. Very Randian and aims to take over the world and only allow his henchmen to have superpowers. His daughter, Lilly / Princess Panzer, mostly just parrots her old man.
Utopia doesn't worship a concept. She follows a queen in herself.

Danny's dad, Roger, is very obviously a Republican. My mom and I joke that he's a big fan of Mike Pence to the point that he tried to shock the gay out of Danny.
Danny's mom, Janet, votes Republican to extend her toxic relationship with her husband, and much like in her personal life, Janet votes like Susan Collins. Sure, she'll act like she has grave concerns over Danny's dad being a dingus, but when push comes to shove, she's just another rubber stamp for the Roger Tozer agenda, to the point that she lost her only daughter over it.

Luke: Probably not registered. Initially thought that Trump was cool but was convinced otherwise by his family.

Jay: Registered Republican. He liked Trump because he is a businessman and argued that his gaffes were just part of his show. He might struggle with his vote in 2020 but will probably still vote for Trump because of the economy and taxes.

Gloria: Probably hates Trump, goes along with Biden.
