Maybe a Catholic voter in the Northeast or Midwest who didn't like George H.W. Bush or Bob Dole, but was otherwise aligned with the Republican Party since 1980?

Al Gore almost never talked about the environment in 2000 after he lost is when he came out with the uncovient truth and became the champion of climate change he is today

Someone from West Virginia. The Perot vote would be hardest to explain, but his percentage there wasn't that far below his national one.
