Yes, it will easily clear 60%, probably 70%.  Voting for it will be most African-Americans, Country Club type suburbanites, and church-going evangelicals.  Contrary to popular belief, the rural, only culturally religious people who almost worship the Confederate Flag are only a small minority of Mississippians.

I haven't seen any polls, but probably. I haven't noticed any "vote no" movement or ads out there.
