Rasmussen usually tends to have more favorable numbers for GOP, so if they are showing Biden 12 points ahead https://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/elections/election_2020/white_house_watch_oct07 could we be looking at a Biden landslide.  Maybe even a few upsets?  I've wondered if Biden will have his equivalent to Obama winning Indiana in 2008 (I don't expect him to win Indiana, but something along that line in terms of surprise).

No pollster wants to be wrong at the end. I see Trump losing badly. Sure it is 52-40, and typically the undecided swing ineffectively toward the eventual loser. If I had only this poll I would predict 54-46 for Biden.
