I will release details of my ideas for changing the Government structure of the Mid East tomorrow and also catch up on any little things I have to do now (such as... is there a formal handover date? Is it today? A week away? Do I have to get sworn in, and where?). Public consultation over the plans is requested of course.

I am still technically governor until Friday, but I have nothing more to do. Even if i resigned it would go to Ben for the final few days and would throw up a million little constitutional problems, but I'm packing up my posessions, hugging the staff and leaving the governors residence as soon as possible!
