Trump is very high risk, he's fat and old. Boris Johnson almost died and I believe he's in his 50s, so 20 years younger than Trump.

Also Biden is perfectly justified now in making statements that everyone should follow the science, listen to the public health experts, wear masks, social distance, etc, and this may be the most effective anti-Trump statement that he could give. It's 100% Trump's fault that common sense public health advice is a campaign message against him.

Did he test positive on Wednesday and intentionally expose people at events he attended?

Did he test positive before the debate on Tuesday and intentionally expose Joe Biden and Chris Wallace?

When was the last NEGATIVE test?  Did he test negative before the debate as stipulated by the rules his campaign agreed to?

When did the president and his staff know that the president had been in close contact with someone who had the coronavirus?  How soon after that was he tested?

(CNN) - Attorney General William Barr is choosing not to quarantine after recently coming in close contact with members of President Donald Trump's inner circle who have tested positive for Covid-19, including former White House counselor Kellyanne Conway.

Conway is among at least seven people who have contracted the virus after attending a Rose Garden event last Saturday where Trump nominated Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court. Barr, who was seen leaving the White House Friday night by photojournalists, also attended the nomination event, where he sat in the front row and was among those tested by the White House for Covid-19.

Following Trump's announcement, Barr and Conway chatted in close proximity, hardly standing the recommended six feet apart, for an extended period of time. Both were seen not wearing masks. Barr also shook hands with other guests, touched his face and mingled among the crowd.

Barr then traveled to Oklahoma for a tribal justice event this week and returned to Washington.

By the way Conley politically answered the question, while not lying, it was clear that POTUS was on oxygen Friday morning at the residence before being taken to the hospital.

If Trump suffers lung damage, what are the consequences?

Depends on the severity and extent of the damage (if it gets to that point, of course).  

A potential form of lung damage post-COVID is pulmonary fibrosis.  Basically, when the tissue of the lungs is damaged, it is replaced by scar tissue.  This stiff scar tissue can negatively affect the gas exchange that occurs in the alveoli, causing shortness of breath and otherwise reduced respiratory function.  It's one of the things that has me concerned about getting winded during/after exercise faster than I did pre-COVID.  

You see something similar in the heart after an infarction (scar tissue replacing damaged cardiac tissue, leading to reduced function.  It's part of the reason why multiple heart attacks can be quite detrimental, even if the individual survives the events).
