Remember Colorado in 04..what was going on there. So what will it be this time?

Im going for Georgia. I think if Cathy Cox can keep her head down and play it on local issues i think the dems could have a winner. I hope for the good of the party that the democrats have spent wisely with the money that the DNC has given them. yes the party has run out of money but it would be worth it if we can finally break a respectable total in rural georgia.

from what ive read she seems very electable and i hope she gets in.

massachusetts.

everyone has penciled this in as a democrat pickup.

however, tom reilly is a *Horrible* candidate.  he is one of the finer people in politics, but his political skills suck.

kerry healey is a bill weld type republican.  she also has unlimited resources to spend.  granted, she pretty well sucks as a politician too, given that she hasnt won election to any office in her own right, unless you count the 2002 repblican primary for lt. governor.

christy mihos may very well take as many blue collar democrat votes (particularly if deval patrick wins the nomination) as he does republican votes.

As a Nebraska Democrat, I hope the NE governor election will be close.  But deep down, I know it won't.
